This policy complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Romanian Law No. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data in electronic communications, and ANSPDCP guidance.

How long we keep your data
Project and contract records are kept for 10 years as required by Romanian Fiscal Code. Marketing consent data is kept until withdrawn. Technical/cookie data is kept for up to 13 months.

Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of this website and any interior design or furniture manufacturing services we provide. By using the site or signing a service contract with us, you accept these Terms.
Service description
We provide interior design consulting, 3D visualisation, project management, and custom furniture manufacturing. Individual project scope, timeline, and pricing are confirmed in a separate written contract or quotation signed by both parties.
Quotations & contracts
Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue date
All prices are in EUR or RON and include Romanian VAT (21%) unless stated otherwise
A deposit of 30–50% is required to commence work; the balance is due on delivery
Design fees are non-refundable once design work has commenced
Intellectual property
All design drawings, 3D renders, technical specifications and documentation created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point usage rights transfer to the client for the agreed project.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania, or, where applicable, to alternative dispute resolution (ANPC — www.anpc.ro).
Returns, Cancellation & Consumer Rights
Under Romanian Government Ordinance No. 34/2014 implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have specific rights when purchasing at a distance.
Right of withdrawal (distance contracts)
If you are a consumer (not a business) and ordered our services online or by phone, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at team@kininteria.com before the deadline.
Exceptions — the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom-made or personalised furniture that has already entered production
Design services that have been fully performed with your prior express consent
Defects & warranty
Custom furniture carries a legal warranty of 2 years under Romanian Law No. 449/2003
Defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery
Remedies available: repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract rescission
Complaints
We aim to resolve all complaints within 15 working days. If unresolved, you may contact ANPC (National Authority for Consumer Protection) at www.anpc.ro or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
